Summer is basically here and it's getting HOT in here!
Today we welcome AEM (Autotask Endpoint Management) to our world-class automatic warranty lookup and reporting platform! That's correct, we now perform automatic warranty lookups for AEM in addition to our growing list (which includes Autotask, ConnectWise, LabTech, Kaseya, N-Central, MAXfocus and LogMeIn... phew)! It's very easy to get started and you can read a little more about how we sync with AEM, which just so happens to be Autotask's flagship RMM tool. One extra bonus for those who were previously just syncing with Autotask is that we can now finally include the computer's username in our reports!
Here's our trademark 10 second screen-animation which pretty much says it all:
We didn't forget the rest of you! Our delightful asset lists from within our app have always had CSV export (the blue button). This would often result in an extra step after each CSV export to reformat/freeze the column headers in your spredsheet editor. Well, this is no longer the case! We now have native XLSX export, which is compatible with Office, Google Docs and even Open Office if that's your thing. In other words, you get immediately rich formatting in your spreadsheet editor of choice... like so:
Some of our users have ultra-specific needs and preferred that we give them the option of hiding our famous "Evergreen" report from our Customer PDFs. To each their own, as you can now hide the last page of these PDFs from the Settings > Report Settings section within Warranty Master™. But generally we don't recommend hiding it... because it has magical powers ;)
Hey! Are you heading to Automation Nation 2016 next week in Orlando? If so, be sure to come by and say hello and tell us how much you love our LabTech plugin :). No but seriously, you'll find us hanging out with the good folks from IT Glue at their booth on the showroom floor.
Umm, so much, but my lips are sealed for the moment... or in LawyerSpeak(tm): "We have nothing further to announce at this time." But seriously... stay tuned!
