Scheduled Reports for the Win-Win!

February 20th, 2019 - Posted by Adrian M.

We’re continuing the trend of listening to our partners and delivering what could be the most Masterful feature we’ve ever built: Scheduled Reports!

Just when you thought we couldn’t take zero maintenance any further, we’ve gone ahead and automated the process of emailing those beautiful PDF reports to your customers. Enough with the hype, let’s get down to brass tacks...

Why did we do this?

Besides it being a highly requested feature, we know how repetitive it is for you to generate reports and email them to your customers one by one. Our #MasterMinds have wanted to automate this manually performed job for as long as you have. With Scheduled Reports, we’re putting an end to this mundane task for good.

How does it actually work?

It’s just like composing an email, the only difference is that you won’t have to do it again… and again… and again. You decide how often to send those spiffy PDF asset lifecycle reports and who you'd like to receive them. The email template can be customized, which means you can personalize it to fit the voice of your organization. And since you control who the replies go to, your customers can instantly get into direct contact with an account manager. Booom!
